Monsignor Labib Kobti Memorial Raffle

Rules for Monsignor Labib Kobti Memorial Raffle.

  1.  Tickets are $20 each and only 700 tickets will be sold.
  2.  Prize is Msgr Labib Kobti’s 2010 Kia Forte, a car used only for 34,400 miles.
  3.  Winning Ticket to be drawn on the one year anniversary of the death of Msgr Labib Kobti on March 19, 2025, the Feast Day of St. Joseph.
  4.  The winner does not need to be present at drawing to win but must present legible ticket stub as record of sale to claim prize.
  5.  St. Thomas More Catholic Church (STM Church) and Parish provide the prize “as is” and without warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.  STM Church disclaim any implied warranties of title, quality, durability, functionality and fitness for purpose.
  6.  The winner will collect the prize from STM Church.
  7.  The winner will submit and complete DMV transfer of title and ownership.
  8.  The winner will provide liability, property and casualty insurance to operate the vehicle.
  9.  The Raffle is for the benefit of St. Thomas More Parish and its 2024 Archdiocesan Annual Appeal Fund.
